We are continually extending our environmental health services via program targeted map viewers and dashboards as part of our permitting, environmental sampling, and facility inspection workflows to engage our local residents and visitors with timely public health messaging. Internally, our customer service staff, field inspectors, and management leverage our program mapping and analytical tools to balance and maintain efficient inspection routes and help fine tune workflows and processes that improve the productivity and quality of our services.  We use ESRI, VertiGIS, and Accela products for GIS and program data management.
