Going from GIS User to GIS Leader

Panelist will consist of 2-3 pre-identified GIS Professionals to answer host and audience questions.  Questions and discussion will be focused on how the panelist went from User to Leader and how they influence others in the organization to progress from User to Champion to Leader.

Host and co-host will be Toby Soto of GISSuccess.com and Tim Nolan of Collin County TX. Discussion will be based on the GIS Peer Success Webinar format but with a LIVE audience. Note: Based on available IT and WiFi capabilities, a LIVE broadcast is desired but not required.
